I can’t begin to say how wonderful Rosemary was on my tour. She was so patient with me and really knew what she was talking about. She was definitely a breath of fresh air and I could tell she was passionate about what she does. I Can see why everyone always leaves her a 5 star review. I wish there was a 2 bedroom available because I would’ve definitely loved to live here. It’s so well taken care of. I might just get a short term lease somewhere close just to check back in here so she can be our landlord. My kids absolutely loved her! Great job Rosemary

I’ll be honest and say that I have been through some THINGS living here for the last 4 years, but what I can say is Rosemary has been amazing. If it wasn’t for her, I’m not sure I’d still be here. Ever since she took over, we’ve gotten things resolved that haven’t been for months! She’s personable, professional and a woman of her word. I’m grateful for all of her help recently. Also, James, the current maintenance person has been great.
As for the apartment building itself, what it lacks in amenities, it makes up for in location. I enjoy our small, tucked away location, while still being near everything.
I am in the process of moving from New jersey to Georgia in the next couple of months, and today I have a tour with Mrs. Paola at the Howell Mill apartment. I was very nerves about the move but she make me feel like I was in home, like I know her for long time. Paola is a very professional, patience and warm (friendly)person. She showed me different units, more than 2, (which other places don't) so I can find the one that I feel confident about. I love her kidness, respect and professionalism. She was amazing, helping me to feel better about leaving my Birth city.
I am excited to move in the next couple of month to my new apartment !!!!
I went for a tour today and the folks here couldn’t have been nicer or more professional from top to bottom. I had been referred by a friend and she wasn’t exaggerating. Both the management and maintenance staff went out of their way to be extremely helpful.
Rosemary was the most sweetest and helpful person. This is my first apartment experience since moving from SC and she has been very patient, helpful, and kind. I don’t even write reviews but she deserves the recognition!
Horrible place to live. Property management has been absence since I lived there. The apartments are trash for the price. There was trash piled up at the dumpster for weeks, they left a broken washer and dryer in my place for the first month. Highly do not recommend this place
Edit: after 2 months I finally got my security deposit, and it bounced. Again every bone in my body, I recommend avoiding this place. Wouldnt live here even if my life depended on it
Rosemary was amazing! She was so helpful and knowledgeable and patient. I’ve never felt so welcomed on a tour before. I would recommend this place to everyone, thank you for bringing a smile to my face!
THIS Place is a shame. I spoke with Rosemary about moving in. I paid the application fee told her my background and she rushed me to pay $300 to hold a unit. She then waited 2 weeks to run my background and I was denied. I tried to contact her about my $300 being return she never spoke to me again. I had to talk to her secretary. Still haven't got my deposit money back yet. The problem is the hustle hardworking people for $50 application fees, you can be truthful about your past conviction even put it on the application. The will just take your money and hustle you for cash. This company management is a scam. Don't waste your time. I just found a place cheaper and better.
